Weaknesses

If you are now an avid raider. Here you can enjoy professional powerlvling. You could attack everything from Black Wing Lair to Karazhan to Sunwell Plateau, and everything in between. Downed every boss, all except Kel'Thuzad. Pre-3.0, you had it going on. You knew your class, everything about the holy aspect. You knew mechanics, you knew statistics, you learned videos and guides non stop. You couldn't get enough. You would like to be the best, and you could be boldly enough one of them at least, you would like to think so. You will never know for sure though, so instead of running around Shattrath spamming trade "You are the .., you are the best holy paladin on the server" like some retards you have ever met, you decided to take this guide instead.

Now, pre-3.0, the basic Holy Paladin relied on 3 stats. Bonus healing, spell crit, and MP5. As such, Holy Paladins are known to be single target healers dealing out huge direct hits in a short amount of time, all while storing their mana as best as possible. Holy Paladins weren't raid healers or AoE healers. Mostly just assigned to tanks due to their huge mana pools and consistent HPS. Spamming Holy Light (rank 7) on the tank was the best Holy Paladins could do back in the day. Raids only brought 1-2, maybe 3 for the buffs, but generally speaking, Holy Paladins were never necessary. Therefore players decided to roll other healers instead, resulting in Holy Paladins a much desired class to raids. Pre-3.0, there wasn't much to being a Holy Paladin. Run around, spam HL7, Cleanse here and there you weren't a vital class to have in raids such as a Restoration Druid or a Circle of Healing Priest.
